Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pineflute purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be free of any stains, makeup, deodorant, or other marks.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside a protective shipping box.
  • Accessories, including jewelry and handbags, must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return and Exchange Process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Pack and Ship Your Return: Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
  5. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  6. Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and process your return.

Exceptions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and receive a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the incorrect item and receive the correct item.

International Returns:
